Elaine will be at The Collective in New York on Wednesday, June 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 to present, Arts & Numbers: Creative Finance for Musicians to current students, alumni, and friends of the organization.

collectiveThe Collective is a unique school of music that focuses on contemporary rhythm section performance. Its students are dedicated, its staff is passionate, and the work that emerges from the school is truly inspirational.

Elaine’s talk will cover financial topics of interest to musicians who are relatively early in their performance careers, including what it takes to build a portfolio career, budgeting as a creative entrepreneur, and strategies for managing uncertain cash.
