At the Foundation Center in New York, Elaine led an advanced session on budgeting meant to convey the importance of an organization’s budget as a means to communicate its story and success.  She covered budgeting topics from both a financial and nonfinancial point of view, and offered tips for organizations to use to enhance the compelling nature of their stories.
