The DeVos Institute of Arts Management provides ongoing educational support to its member organizations across the country through a series of capacity-building workshops. Elaine leads the finance seminar, in the context of capacity-building overall, and during June 2012, the capacity-building conversation traveled to Florida. Elaine spent time in Orlando and Miami leading sessions and providing finance support.
